Throughout my years as a sommelier, I have learned much about how the character of a wine complements and interacts with food, but also that water is not just water when it comes to creating a gastronomic experience.

A fine water enhances the subtle nuances of wine, which in turn pairs with the dishes served during a meal or wine tasting.

Jaure water is as unique as the wine itself. It has a delicate mineral composition and a balanced pH (7.9). The pH value plays an important role; a good pH enhances the complexity of the wine without altering its character.
